LEADERSHIP THAT INSPIRES

My heart is inditing a good matter
My tongue is the pen of a ready writer
Oh leadership that inspires...

Do you have the capacity,
In this leadership city?
Do you wish to rise?

Begin by descending
You plan a tower that shall pierce the clouds?
Lay first the foundation of humility

Some are born leaders
Some are crown leaders
Some are naturally endowed leaders


And some are brutal leaders
In which ever category you belong
Do you really inspire the aspired ones?

That leadership that inspires is truly real
That leadership that inspires is built upon truth
That leadership that inspires is a living example used as a sample for others

It haves what it takes to drive one ship before proceeding to two ship for true course of leadership and friendship to be ignited...

Can you show me that leadership that inspires?
Oh yes! It's a captain that can thrive in cold, in hot to make the crew bold when it faces the storm...

It's a being that will stay through the refining fire to have a solid framework and not be rust for people to discard to the bin...

Oh! That leadership that inspires does not focus only on the crown or just be fooling like a clown!

But that leadership that inspires with great energy achieves that goal, that vision, that mission, purpose and defines the meaning of the true course its facing!

Show me a leadership that inspires and I will tell you-
It protects the lost sheep
It glitters the dark path
It gives essence to worthlessness


Its a great servant of all times!
Its works speak louder than it's announced
It's passionate, committed, and sensitive to the needs of the followers

It listens to all and gives great care caringless of the colour, tribe, people, language because they originated as the unified one!

It gives hope to the hopeless
E no dey form boss
But dey transform lives!

Have I being a clown to this crown of leadership that inspires?
Have I cared more on the title and less on the impact of this true leadership?
I leave you with this thoughts to lucid on...

I am N8URE and my heart is inditing a good matter
That great leaders are emerging
For my tongue the pen a ready writer to announce that great leadership in you which inspires and sparks all generations will not expire...

LIFE A TEACHER

Immediately, I heard a loud chirping noise as if a giant bird has invaded the poultry farm as I opened the entrance... I was so perplexed at what my eyes beheld! The older birds with wicked genetic traits has done it again without an inch of remorse 😔   They destroyed the laid eggs with their beaks again... Why would I waste my time feeding you guys? I cried out, as I hurriedly picked the lucky eggs the brooder birds protected from those traitors in a pullet clothings havoc! 😃 Moving closer to the inner pen where the 4weeks chicks were, it took grace for me not to shed tears 😢 and picked race!  Why me? Why now? What must have gone wrong? These were unanswered rhetorical questions oozing out from my mouth... But I followed the vaccination programme diligently except for the Gumboro vaccination which were few days away, I continued my lamentation...
